More commonly referred to as Trafford's Playground to those of us in the kitchen, I promise to offer Daily Specials to tantalize your senses. A variety of specials will be offered daily, they will be a means for me to be creative and to break away from the norm. My goal with our specials is to give our customers a playful look behind the kitchen door and into my soul.
